    Description

This US cartridge box plate was recovered near Winchester, Virgina, which changed hands over 70 times during the Civil War. The cartridge box plate displays very well, however the hooks on the back have rusted away, and there is some lead loss. The Eagle Infantry officers coat and cuff buttons, along with the three bullets were dug in the Shenandoah Valley. The officers coat button is pushed in the back and it has a backmark under the dirt. The cuff button has a lot of gold, also uncleaned and pushed on both sides. This small collection will be shipped in a riker case for preservation and display. I accept returns if the buyer is not completely satisfied.  Check out the hundreds of other military, historical and vintage postcards in my EBay store. Thank you for looking.
Virginia residents must add 5.3% state sales tax to the total, which includes shipping.
All civil war relics and Native American artifacts have all been recovered on private property with the land owners permission.
