Unlike the traditional inversion machines, the Stamina Easy Decompress Machine does not go entirely upside down, rather it just has a slight decline that still offers an enhanced level of control and safety. 2 sets of handlebars and a low-to-ground design provide a convenient way to get on and off of the bench.
