All return requests must be made within 30 days of original date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we provide a shipping label, which are provided for defective items. The buyer may be charged a 15% restocking fee if the item returned was not as the condition that was sent. Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace the defective item right away or will provide a full refund. All returns must meet all of the following requirements: 1. Items must be returned in the condition they were received including all original packaging and accessories. 2. Items must ship in a packing box. Do not attached labels to original product packaging as this will change the condition of the item. 3.
