Black canvas fabric tote bag with an AC/DC logo iron-on type patch in gray with AC/DC stitched over the patch in white threading. This tote is officially licensed. The interior tag says "Concert One Accessories" on the front side and AC/DC copyright 2007 on the reverse side.

This tote has never been carried but it has been stored for many years, so there may be some dust, lint, etc. on the exterior surface, machine washable.
