---  13 single sided stapled sheets for the Martin 202 Equipment Examination.  Test dated 12-29-47, pilot name written on the top (he started training at a Curtiss school in late 1920's or early 1930's then flew in the USAAF during WWII).  Answers written in pencil, test appears unscored.  Top sheet shows handling soiling and discoloring.
